He looks nothing like his photos, how do I tell him?

I’ve been chatting to a lovely person in lockdown from Hinge and we’re about to have a virtual date and he sent me a pic of himself in lockdown.

He looks NOTHING like his photos, now he has a huge beard & long hair (which I understand) but there hasn’t been any effort. It’s kind of put me off but I want to move past it.

Any advice on how I can subtly tell him or do I just suck it up?
