So I haven’t dated in nearly two years, and before that I was only in one long term relationship (I’m 21). So I’m totally new to this who dating game. I went out with a guy (27) I matched with from hinge on Saturday and I thought it was pretty good. The date finished with him kissing me in the cheek which I thought was really sweet and him saying ‘I will see you later’.
Immediately afterwards he texted me that he had a great day and and I responded that I had fun too. Then I didn’t hear anything for a full day so I sent a message Sunday night. He responded pretty quickly but I fell asleep in that time but responded the next morning on Monday. Since then he hasn’t sent anything. (It’s Tuesday evening now).
What’s going on? I thought I liked him but now I don’t know.
Would it be crazy for me to send something like ‘for the record I would like to see you again, let me know what you think?’.
Or should I just leave for a couple more days and let him get back to me on his own terms?
What do you think? Be brutal if you have to. I have no close male friends, certainly non his age, so I have no one to go to for insight.
