A guy (21) I've texted but not met up with said he doesn't want to disturb me and thinks I'm busy. I told him 3 times I'm not. Why does he say this? Is he not interested anymore and want to find a reason to not hurt me or is he genuinely not wanting to disturb me? I asked him to explain but he hasn't yet.
