Hey folks!
I’m a 22F with very limited dating experience and I’ve been berating myself for not being open and not giving things a shot and while that was certainly true a couple years ago, I just realized that the last few people I was interested in ghosted me or something similar after a lot of texting or after a first or second date.. now I don’t want to go down a self-deprecatory spiral but what am I doing wrong?? I have no natural sense of what to do when it comes to dating so I’m just chattin and making conversation over text like I normally do. I may not be a head-turner but I’m not unattractive in appearance. Do I need to watch what I’m doing/saying?? What in the heck am I doing wrong?
I would also welcome any dating for dummies tips you might have. I didn’t grow up in the US and grew up in a very simple culture where this stuff wasn’t talked about. Most people must just learn social skills when they grow up and I probably missed the lecture.
