How can I increase people’s interest in me as a potential partner and also increase chances that people express that interest (meeting people in real life)? 25F

I’m always friendly to people I socialize with and try to engage everyone in group situations, but I also think i stay true to myself in those situations. Im fairly funny and a good conversationalist. Im ready to start dating again, but my last partner was from tinder and im not sure how to generate romantic interest in people (i guess attract them?), or how to foster the right atmosphere for potential interested people to express their interest, if that makes sense. I havent noticed many men showing much interest IRL and im not sure what i can do. Any tips? I know its a pretty vague question ? thanks!
