So, i love to read about romance. i love to watch it in movies and hear stories about it, but when it comes down to an actual relationship…it just seems really scary. letting someone into your life and letting them see you so vulnerable and letting them know things about you that you wouldn’t tell anyone. but knowing they can leave at any time and you may be caught off guard and not know why. it just seems really scary and i don’t know if i’m ready to get hurt like that. they’ll let you get cozy and open up to them and even get intimate until it’s over. then they’ll walk out of your life knowing everything about you. your secrets, your family, your body, but they’ll become a stranger. and they have that option knowing they can immediately crush you at any time and they’ll know you care. How do i get over this fear?
