How do I date in college? (18 male)

Hey guys I need some dating advice advice for college. I’m a 18 male that will be attending college next fall. It’s a public 4-year if your wondering but not as big as other schools in my state like ECU. I’ve only had one gf in the past my junior year and it ended and I also don’t have much sexual experience. As pathetic as it is ima 18 year old virgin but that’s for another thread. My question is how do I meet women in college. Do I go to parties, walk around til I see one, or just use dating apps cause I do not know. I’m not an ugly guy. Depending on the girl I am consistently rated at the lowest a 6 and highest an 8. I’m 6”3 and mixed. Even these qualities that may seem attractive I haven’t been noticed by other girls. Mostly I try to approach a girl but I talk myself out of it. She’s probably way too good for me or I’m not good enough to date her. And the only reason I dated my first gf is because I compared her ex to myself. I haven’t really successfully attracted a girl or talked to a girl. And in college I don’t wanna get tossed out the dating game because I wanna relationship too. Not just for romance but a girl I can be myself around.
