How do I (m 23) to respectfully and successfully slide in the dms?

I don’t know her (f 21) but a lot of my friends do (even though I don’t want to rely on them), I have practically a blank profile with only with my propic. We had a brief chat some weeks ago but I don’t think she remembers. I theoretically have an attractive body (6’3 with muscles) but years of depression have made me have a lot self image issues that only in the past month I have starred to overcome ( hence why no pictures on my ig)
