He’s very shy and QUIET. He seems sweet but I can’t really tell because he BARELY talks. The few interactions we’ve had have all been about work and it usually is one sentence. I’m always friendly, I smile at him and I try to be helpful. He has a great smile but is very shy. Like painfully shy. I want to know more about him. Any tips on how to approach him? I don’t want to come off as a creep..
