Scenario for brevity is:
1) Workplace crush, so I won’t want to ask her out with the fear of it being awkward and resulting in our (highly praised) work suffering.
2) She has all the boxes ticked. Totally the person I’m attracted to.
3) I text first, all the time, but our conversations run long and easy. Nothing is ever forced and we both seem to like each other. However, I may be wearing rose coloured glasses as she never states outright she’s into me.
4) why is this a problem? Because I’m now looking at the chat to see if she’s online and wondering why she won’t text me….or is she talking to another guy…..or is she just not interested at all.
5) Crushes suck. I’ll be more efficient without it. But she has a way of melting my heart and I can’t let go easily.
