How long do you think you should take when going through a breakup before you start looking for someone else?

So my ex and I broke up about 6 weeks ago. We were together for 4+ years and I was just wondering how long does it take to heal? & to ultimately find someone else?

I’m 25 and this was my first breakup, it’s cut me deep but I’ve handled it maturely and I am starting to see the light now. I guess I’m just a bit lost in what to do because all of my plans have just gone out the window.
