Out of 8 dates I’ve been on recently, 3 women showed up who were heavier than their pics indicated. I’m not even talking the use of MySpace angles, group photos, or no full body pics, I’m talking straight up, they were using older photos of themselves when they were skinny. My heart sinks every time because I’m into a particular lifestyle and attracted to a certain type of girl. When this happens, I’m still nice and have a conversation, but I feel like my time could’ve been spent with someone else. What’s even worse is the feeling of being manipulated because I’m upfront about what I’m searching for and what type of lifestyle I live. Girls will just straight up lie or exaggerate their lifestyle when talking with them. Either I need to ask for a full body pic prior to the date or I might just be done with online dating. I just wanted to vent and see if it happens to others out there and how often?
