been dating a boy for about 3 months now. it definitely started as more of a “hook up” but has transitioned from those first 3-4 initial late night hook ups to overnight dates and brunch the next morning to seeing each other at minimum 1x a week, texting and phone calls almost daily and actual real dates. we spend full days together, we have really deep talks about everything and we’re really affectionate with each other like holding hands, cheek kisses, etc (just noting not all contact leads to sex). he mentions future plans like “oh this summer we’ll have to do that” or “oh i can’t wait to take you here!” etc. basically i have developed feelings for this guy and i have no idea if he’s seeing other girls. we haven’t really discussed it. we’ve just discussed how much we like each other and how much fun we’re having. but after 3 months of going on dates, hanging out, sleeping together, etc i’m ready to ask for exclusivity. i feel like it would go well because if this guy is totally just playing me he deserves an oscar lol. is 3 months too soon?
