So I went on a drive in movie date last night (I’m 18M she’s 18F) It went really well (mostly). Basically at some point we were sitting in my backseat, my arm’s around her and my other arm is on her leg, so we’re pretty comfortable lol. I’d heard that I was just supposed to lean in and kiss her, but I was too afraid so fucking ASKED her I basically just blurted out “do you want to kiss”. She said no, she wasn’t comfortable. After that we watched the rest of the movie and I drove her home, but I can tell I kinda fucked up with that. My question is, what should I have done? Like we were basically cuddling idk how to tell if she’s okay with kissing. And as awkward as it was to ask her and her denied I feel like it would be even more awkward to just go in for it and get denied. Idk man, I just need some advice Also do I bring it up with her or pretend it never happened?
