I (21F) have been dating my bf (24M) for a little over 2 years. Recently he's said some unforgivable things, that have set in stone for me that the relationship is toast. I have been feeling like this for a bit, but now with the quarantine i have an extra element of complication. He has recently started a ton of fights over my following social distancing guidelines, giving me ultimatums about how i need to see him. I honestly do not want to see him because i am unsure of his hygiene habits and i hate to put my family at risk in this way. He is still working and calls me crazy for not wanting to see him despite this. I also just have been going insane overthinking and planning out my breakup speech. I love him, I dont want to hurt him, but I need to do this for the better of my own life. Would it be horrible for me to break up with him over facetime? I would never, ever think of it otherwise, but with the circumstances as they currently are, it feels like the best choice. I also posted this on Relationship_advice because I desperately need feedback, so reddit, whats your advice?
