So I've been talking to someone on Hinge for nearly a week. He's asked maybe one question along the way. I think he might be interested just because he gives me very well long, detailed answers to my questions and responds within a few hours to each message.
However, he never even turns the question around and I feel like I'm almost interrogating him. I sort of volunteer my answers to the questions I'm asking him and he will try to build on them, but it feels a little awkward. I've told him I feel like I'm interviewing him (and apologized about it) but he said he doesn't mind and loves talking about the topic. I thought it was a pretty clear hint, but I guess not. He is probably the most interesting person I've matched with and he has great takes on things.
I'm getting the sense that he might like talking about the subject, but not necessarily that he likes talking to me. But, in that case, wouldn't he just ghost me or stop talking? Any suggestions on a tactful way to tell him I would prefer he ask me more questions?
