Over the year, we became friends but always stayed kinda flirty. Just recently she broke up with her bf and has started really flirting me, but it hasnt become anything more. When we hangout its with friends and its hard to get an opportunity to get close with her. How can I do this? Will I have to just risk it and go for a kiss, or tell her how I feel? I don't want to ruin our friendship but at the same time I don't want to keep playing these games.
