I had a huge crush on my highschool friend. I didn't tell her but she knew somehow. I refused when she asked if I like her then because she had guy. Now after 5-7 yrs we are in touch still and are texting almost daily and meet whenever we are at home. She is single now. I feel like she likes me too. She posts cheesy love quotes on IG on close friends with me and sometimes dm them to me too. I complimented her on a top she wore on a story she posted, she wore the same when she met me later after a long time. She also came to my home the other day to get my help on an internship application when she was already doing an internship. But she spent half the time on her phone as part of the Internship she was doing. Maybe she was looking at me when I was preparing her application but maybe she was looking at the laptop. We live few kilometres apart, is it safe to ask her on a date, or I am overthinking this and where should I take her, with lockdown in my city? Edit: we are in different univ, almost 1000 kms apart.
