I’ve been single for almost 4 years now. I tried dating here and there but I just couldn’t meet the right person for me. I’m not necessarily finding “the one”. I don’t even believe in one “type”. Like she doesn’t have to perfectly fit my type. Some showed interest but their values and mine don’t match. I’ve also met some that I was also really into but I couldn’t fully give my heart out too, making me seem kind of reserved. Some almost got me into pursuing them then they’d get into these crazy mood swings and suddenly become cold and fade away. :/ I hate getting ghosted btw. Hurt like hell and left me in a quite long confusion state.
I had a really brutal relationship 4 yrs ago and it ended with her cheating on me. I’m certain I had already moved on from her as I had also learned along the way what are the things I don’t want from a partner.
Ugh. I’m getting really frustrated here and I feel like giving up that thought that I’ll ever find someone to share my life with again.
I’m capable of handling a long term relationship. My last and longest one was 4 yrs.
I wanna hear some success stories about finding love again after 3+ yrs of being single. So what’s your story?
