I have a 23M friend who has an unhealthy obsession with Twitch and Instagram girls, particularly Alex Zedra who is the model for Mara in Modern Warfare.
We have tried getting him to interact with real girls, even playing games with other girls we had met online. But, he only ever wants to follow these Instagram and Twitch girls instead. He has no job and won't admit to purchasing micro transactions just to get that character.
Is there any advice you can give to get him out of this mentality. My friends and I are out of options and would love any feedback to push him to try and find an interest in women in the real world instead?
