How to tell someone you have the friend vibe?

One of my extremely close coworkers tried to set me up with her friend. I told her all my dating flaws and the date was still “set up”. I do not feel anything but a friend vibe but idk how to tell my superior about it. I didn’t want to be set up in the first place but cannot say that. Just need some advice as to what to say
