I [20/M] broke up with her [19/F] because I didn’t "feel" anything, but now I feel terrible

So I have been seeing this girl for about 2 weeks, but we've been talking almost a month. We have quite a bit in common, but also have quite a few differences. Like I am a very busy person and I have a full time job, full time college courses, manage the college basketball team and lift and play basketball regularly. There's not a lot of time, so I broke up with her, because I didn't want to have to sacrifice the other stuff.

This was 2 days ago, and I just feel so damn terrible. I remember not having the most fun when we would cuddle and watch movies and make out and stuff. I hung out with a few other friends the day after our last date and I had so much fun, even when most of my friends left and it was me and my best "girl" friend, we had a blast. I just felt like the woman I'm holding should make me feel like I am the luckiest person in the world. I just wanted to feel better being with her, and I just didn't. I just want to feel "love", and I can't say that I did.

But now that we've broken up, I'm starting to regret it. I think I can recognize that I just miss the attention that she gave me, because she was my first kiss and first girlfriend who almost seemed like we could be together for awhile. I've never had anyone who wanted to be mine in a way. I feel terrible, especially because when I called her, she seemed so happy to hear from me. So how can I move on better? Or should I have given her more of a chance? I know love doesn't just happen instantly, but I still thought I would have felt something, like a spark. Right?

TL:DR: I broke up with my "girlfriend" of a month and it was because I didn't "feel" anything when I was with her. I wasn't having the most fun, but it also wasn't bad. Now that we've been broken up, I'm starting to regret it, but I think it's the fact that she was my first kiss and she gave me more attention than any girl has ever given me. I just don't know how to make myself feel better.
