I (28M) met a someone (23F) on a dating app and we’ve been talking for about a month now. I am now realizing that I am always initiating plans to talk. Could use some help interpreting this.

For some context:

She lives in LA while I live in the Bay Area and we've only been doing quarantine zoom dates/ phone calls. We met about a month ago and we've talked about 7 times now. Our conversations are usually between 1-3 hours long and they seem to go very well. We text a bit throughout the weeks and I would say the conversations are generally thoughtful (not much small talk). I believe that we are on the same page that we would rather talk once or twice over zoom than text all the time.

About a week ago, I had expressed to her that I liked her at the end of our zoom date. Not so much in an attempt to move the relationship in any particular direction or set any expectations, but more so to just put my cards on the table and be honest with where I am at emotionally. Her response was:

"I enjoy talking to you and we should keep talking. That's all I'll say for now"

Our following conversation was the best we've had. The conversations was open, genuine and filled with laughter. She does not seem like someone that would intentionally keep me on an emotional leash for her own validation, especially after I had expressed how I feel to her.

I am starting to realize though that I have been the one initiating all the plans to talk. I recognize I may be overthinking it since things are going well, but I would feel much better if there was a better sense of balance in this regard. After doing some thinking, I've decided to pump the breaks a bit to see if she will reach out to me.

For men that have experienced this, how did you approach these feelings? For women that have been on the other side, what was going on in your mind? Any insights would be appreciated!

tldr

I've been in quarantine dating a girl for a month and things are going well. I realize I am initiating a lot of the plans to talk and was wondering if this is a red flag for something.
