I have a job offer that I decided was not for me. The girl who interviewed me for this job is quite attractive and funny. She is currently waiting for me to get back to her about the job offer via email. I was thinking I would just be direct and shoot my shot by basically saying thank you for the opportunity and your time in considering me but I have decided not to accept the position. Having said that I would really like to take you out on a date if you're interested.
Is this too forward? Should I not even bother or is there a better way I should go about it?
