I can’t find a normal woman?

I like to hold potential dating partners to my standards of hard work, staying in shape, and always learning. What I've seen at work/streets and on Tinder and Bumble is that almost every single woman is not really trying too hard in life. They use a lot of makeup and snapchat filters, duckface, etc. Almost all like The Office, dogs, and hiking. Plus alcholism… There are a small few who have actual personalities, but they are usually at an unhealthy weight due to diet and lack of exercise. Is this just a larger problem in society? I'm really coming up empty in the dating world, anyone else have this problem? Even if they did well in school AND played sports, they're politically immature or can't make a 3-point turn. I sound like an a$$hole, but I genuinely believe I have a very high intelligence and work ethic and that it's rare I guess.. Again, sorry if I sound conceded. Just frustrating.
