What the title says. Does anyone else have this problem?
When I was a bit younger, teen/early 20s, I wanted to have fun like anyone else and had some casual, non-exclusive relationships. Time passed, I never had a ‘girlfriend’ to speak of and depression set in.
Earlier this year, February, I met this girl I really liked. We shared a lot about ourselves, made out and eventually got to the point we were gonna have sex. But before we did so, she got my name wrong… like something out of a movie right?!
I asked questions and found out she was seeing another guy. No hard feelings, I know everyone’s different and don’t want to be with anyone whose not looking for commitment… I left. We don’t speak anymore. A write off.
I’ve just found the courage to put myself out there again. I found someone I really like. Everything’s gone well and we’ve been intimate… but now I’ve got this neurosis…
I can’t have sex with her if I don’t know if she’s seeing others. It’s making me anxious but I know I can’t simply ask her without sounding accusatory or insecure. What do I do?
