I (32m) have very little dating experience before I started OLD few months ago. The question seems very trivial, but I don’t really have experience in this.
2 month ago, I started seeing this women (27f), we went on 3 dates before the lockdown and I really liked spending time with her. During the lockdown, we texted and had a few video calls, but I got myself pulling back because I didn’t want to get false intimacy.
We met yesterday in a park and chatted for almost 4h, but I realized afterwards I don’t have romantic interest. I caught myself avoiding physical touch. Some of it was because of the COVID staff but later I realized that it was also because I didn’t want to get her the false hope.
What’s the best way to communicate this to her? We didn’t kiss yet and we both took it very slow, but I sense she is more interested than me. Should I text soon after our date, or do I schedule another meet-up to talk in person? We probably can’t meet for a few more days so I don’t want to lead her on. She is really nice and seems a bit vulnerable, so I don’t want to hurt her feelings.
