I always want to wear a condom because I don’t trust women. There is no way for me to know if she is on birth control unless I am with her when she takes the pill every day or getting the insert, and even then, she could have an insert removed without me knowing or purposely throw up the pill.
Sometimes birth control fails at no fault of the woman using it.
With condoms, women can see me put it on, and they will know if I still have it on when the sex is over or if I need to put on a new one.
Studies show that condoms work 99.99% of the time, and most of the 0.01% that failed was due to improper use.
Many of my partners have asked “well, don’t you trust me?” And the answer is both yes and no but I want to have sex. They usually say that they don’t like how condoms feel, but for me it is an extra layer of comfort, so I am able to enjoy sex more with the condom on.
TLDR: If a partner says she is on birth control so a condom isn’t needed, is it really too much to ask to still use the condom for personal comfort?
