I Don’t understand.

I've been talking to this female co-worker at work , and had been getting to know her. I tried inviting her to spend time with me at my birthday get together which she cancelled at the last minute on the day of, and I tried once more days later with just straight up telling her how i felt so there wouldn't be any confusion, sending her a text telling her I found her attractive and that I liked her, and that I would like to spend time with her, which she never replied to going on a week. What course of action should I go with now?
