I don’t understand girls!!

I was hanging out with this girl and we both liked each other and the connection was great. We were seeing each other pretty frequently and having good sex. Then out of nowhere she hits me with the "this is moving too fast, I can't be in a relationship right now, let's just be friends." I've made it very clear multiple times that I'm not interested in a friendship, I liked her as more than a friend and if I couldn't have that then I don't want to talk to her. We texted the other day and she said she doesn't feel the same way about me anymore but "misses talking to me" and "needs me as a friend." I told her again that I can't do that and she said she understood and the conversation ended. Since then she has texted me three times trying to start conversation. What the fuck does this girl want?? Why is she continuing to reach out to me when I made it very clear that I didn't want communication from her? She makes me so mad because she was the one who brought feelings into our relationship very early on and then she just took them away. I know I need to move on from her but it's harder to do that when she's constantly trying to get my attention. Not really trying to delete her number though. Could use some guidance on this issue.
