I dumped him because he disrespected me, but I miss him

There's this guy (25M) that I (24F) matched with on bumble last month. He and I hit it off instantly and we spent two weekends together but after a couple days of dry texting (it was mostly sexting to keep the conversation going) he ghosted me on a sext. He texted me again 10 days later (at 2am) asking what I was doing the following weekend with no explanation or apology for his absence. I ignored it, and he texted me once again the following weekend to which I sent him dry responses until he kept messaging me to meet up so I saw an opportunity and confronted him.

I called him out on his behavior, telling him that he was an asshole and that he didn't deserve me because lack of basic respect is a turn off no matter how casual something is. He gave me a sincere apology with no bullshit excuse and he wanted to show how sorry he was if I was willing to meet up with him again, but after talking to him continuously for a couple days, I had to walk away because I couldn't trust him or his intentions anymore. I wanted to see him, but I couldn't help but wonder if he was going to ghost me after sleeping with me one last time. I sent him a text saying I was going to take his apology and move on to which he said he understood, apologized to me one more time, and we haven't spoken ever since. It's been around 5 days since our last conversation.

The thing is, his actions in the beginning bruised my ego a lot. I think combined with the hurt and anger, I somehow developed feelings for him that I didn't plan on. He has a lot of red flags but I think I was so taken with him from our first meeting that it's been difficult for me to forget about him because he's occupied so much of my thoughts. I know I did the right thing by walking away and ending things on a good note with him, but I still miss him and he's on my mind constantly.

I've dated other guys but I can't get him out of my head. I'll go on dates and wish it was him that was with me instead, I regret having made myself so easy for him, and for not being able to drop him from my head so easily despite having already ended things with him. Nothing serious can come out of this either because he's moving to another state soon and I can't see him after August/September so it's pointless.

I do miss him though, but I know that it was a certain relationship that would've left me broken in the end. He and I never (officially) dated and just spent two weekends together; also my feelings stemmed from anger and what if's, but I still can't deny them. What kind of advice would you offer for someone in this position?
