Hello all,
I am 21 years old male and basically I want to try and find someone with a similar mindset to me that casual relationships are not the way to go and much prefer serious relationships. Like me myself have never hooked up and never wanted to because I would rather be with someone special first and plus I just see committed way better than casual. However it is extremely hard for me to find someone like this because of the high number of casual hookups and especially as I recently accepted was bi so the prevalence of this in the gay community is very high.
Also I am getting older so obviously people will be having more and more partners as they age. I dont mean this post to be condescending to people who do casual sex but I would just like to know what is the actual appeal to this as from my point of view it only encourages the transmission of stds as well as being unfaithful to their partner if they are not single. Am I the only person who doesnt have a causal sex mindset? Where would be the best place to meet others more aligned to my belief as when I search for places like tinder the majority are just looking for casual sex whereas I want something committed and meaningful.
