So I (19F) just finished my freshman year of college, and I formed a pretty solid but small group of friends throughout the year. There are four girls (all 19F) including myself and then two guys. I’m closer with the two guys (both 19M) than I am the rest of the group, so there are a lot of times when just the three of us hang out. The problem is I had started to develop feelings for one of them who I’ll refer to as T. T is a really sweet guy and all around what I would look for in a boyfriend, but I wouldn’t want to mess up anything in our friend group. I should mention T dated someone else in our friend group for a few weeks and it ended badly (she ignored him until he broke up with her), so that would further complicate things. I just don’t know if it’s something worth pursuing because of how it may complicate friendships. T is in the ROTC, so right now he is at basic training, so I have a little bit before I would need to worry about any of this. However, I got a letter from him yesterday and it kind of made my feelings bubble back to the surface. Any advice Reddit?
