I honestly feel like I’m going to be alone forever and I don’t know how to feel more confident in myself

As the title says I really struggle with confidence and it really seems like I'm never going to be in a relationship. I'm now in my early twenties and I've only had one intimate interaction with a woman and it turned out that only happened because she was using me. I've tried asking out people I know and who seem to like me but it never works out, I've tried dating apps and never even got so far as a date. I just feel like it's never gonna happen, how do I get over that and get some confidence?
