I just want one girl I build a connection with to step up, is that too much to ask?

I have an account on bumble and do quite well in the matches department. I even had to pause my account for a bit because I wanted to focus on the matches I had. Well here is how those went…

Girl 1) Thought she was great, but then she tells me she’s sorry she downloaded bumble and wasted my time because she’s fresh out of a long term relationship. She said I made her cry because she didn’t think she’d meet such a good guy right away off of it and she isn’t ready to meet me. I’m already checked out of this one at this point, I want a girl who will look forward and wants to build something new with a new person not look at the past. She told me she is scared to meet new people. Meeting someone you have a connection with should be exciting!

Girl 2) This one sucked. We had literally everything under the sun in common and talked about lots of different stuff. I give her my number and she says “before we switch to text I should tell you I have a kid, he is 6”. Bumble gives you an opportunity to show that, I was disappointed she chose to leave it blank and try to rope me in first.

Girl 3) This one baffles me because she just ghosted me. And the final messages sent was her telling me she loves to write and play her own music, and my response to that was I thought that was really cool. I explained to her I love editing videos and we should make a fun music video out of one of her songs one day.

Please. Just one girl to step up that’s all I ask. I know when I find her it will be worth it. I hate hearing “How did I get so lucky coming across a guy like you?”
