So straight of the bat, I’m not a nutter. When I was at university I got this rubber, zombie head and hid it around the house to scare the shit out of my housemates. The head soon became beloved and was even named. There was even a schedule to look after him at one point when I was abroad.
Years on I’m spending lockdown at my mum’s where the head now lives. Me and mum get along well and we’ve been having fun pulling pranks such as hiding the head in the fridge, cupboards etc.
I’ve been chatting to this guy through messages / voice notes for a few weeks now and it’s been going well however I made the fatal error of telling him about this bloody decapitated head (no pun intended) and how I hid it in my mum’s bed to scare her. Can I just say my mum got scared and then laughed with me and retaliated the next day by putting it in the shower to get me. So no issues with her but the guy has since stopped talking to me!
Is there anyway to fix this or should I just sign up for a life alone with the head?
