If you ghost someone, can you contact them again?

I met a girl at school in class. I didn't get her info till i found her on fb and she liked a comment I made, so i added her and reminded her who i was. I asked her if she would go out with me. I got a maybe then changed my mind about talking to her because school and everything was too crazy. I found her on Twitter, i said "just my type", on her tweet under a different name because i was not sure about everything, got a "ok weirdo" response.
