If your happiness boils down to getting a response from girls on Tinder, you’re not living healthily.

Seriously, it's like every other post someone complains about either A) not getting matches, B) getting "ghosted" or just not talked to or C) getting rejected. I mean, what did you think it was going to be? That you would get the first best match and got a date of it instantly?

The worst part is that a lot of these guys (and they are mostly guys) feel so bad because either A, B, or C happens to them. The truth is, if you can't deal with one of these things happening to you I can't stress enough that y'all are nowhere near ready to go online dating. If you get hurt by the sheer statistics of an app, it might not be the world that's a problem, but you.

I think a lot of it boils down to expecting so much out of Tinder while in reality you really shouldn't. Tinder, and by extension most dating apps, is very rarely a good place to find a healthy relationship quickly. So unless you have the confidence to not be scathed by A, B, or C happening go find love somewhere else and stop complaining about these apps for what they are…
