Im desperate for a girlfriend, but I have 2 things Im really embarrassed about. How do I disclose them?

I am desperately in need of a girlfriend. Ive never had one before. Ive tried dating and also apps and the thing I run into is that I always have to disclose 2 things at some point and it turns girls off. Happens every time. The two things are

1. Im a virgin
2. I have a really small penis

How do I approach this with women. Keep in mind that on 4 seperate occasions Ive been rejected by women due to my penis size. Please dont act like its not a big deal. It has been proven in my experience that it is.
