I’m not sure if she’s interested?

So i asked this girl out at work. she seemed pretty interested and stuff but she said she’d have to see. She later said that she couldn’t that night, but mabye some other time. Now every time i see her, she ignores me, but i catch her checking me out and stuff. Mabye she’s shy or her parents don’t want her to date? i’m not sure.
