I’ve been seeing a guy for regular casual hookups for a couple of weeks now. It’s worked out great because we’re both in a similar situation where we can’t be with people we want to be with so we fill the void with each other.
We’ve both been cool with seeing other people, to the point where we even swap stories and tips. But tonight I lost it. I came over for a couple of hours and he spent half of the time working and the other half of the time on the phone with the girl he can’t be with. He even had her on speaker so I was listening to their conversation.
As soon as they hung up, I had to go. I got pissed off because I come over for one thing and that one thing didn’t happen because he was too busy with someone else. Like I said, I don’t really care about his life outside of me but when I’m there, I want the attention. That’s the whole point.
He’s told me in the past that he brings up his relationships with other women because he doesn’t want me to get too attached but I never care. I walked out and said “We’ll see if this ever happens again”.
But now I’m left with the decision of what to do. I really want to keep seeing him because he’s the only guy who’s constantly available and understands my situation but on the other hand he is a jerk who pissed me off and probably doesn’t deserve for me to come back.
What should I do?
