Over the years, every single guy that I’ve been interested, crushed on, dated (long term and short term), and even guys I’ve gotten through marriage proposals (it’s a thing in my culture) have all ended up in successful long term relationships and marriages just shortly after talking/dating me.
I seem to be a good luck charm. Obviously my relationships have not worked out in my favour. Every single one of these people are happy in their new forever relationships.
A part of me feels sad because I’m so desperate for love and a relationship but continue to fail and am still very single. I’m torn.
However, I feel happy knowing that all of these people were able to find their love. They were able to find someone, be with someone, marry someone, etc that completes them. If I’m the good luck charm that was able to steer that, then I’m happy I could be of some use in this universe.
I’m just one person versus the countless number of people out there who are incredibly happy in love. So, I mean, in a situation like this, the benefits far exceed the cost, right?
