I’m not really good with talking to girls in a flirty way, so I really want to do this right. Honestly though, I’m not trying to be flirty right now since I (22M) haven’t talked to this girl (22F) in over a decade and dont know much about her these days besides some of her interests as per her instagram posts. If anything, I’m just trying to touch base with her again, but the problem is I dont know how to without coming across as a creep. Below is what I have written down so far and want to know what you all think:
Hey [crush’s name]! It’s [_thumper]. If you dont really remember me, we went to the same elementary school. Anyway, a few weeks ago I was cleaning out my closet (yeah it took a global pandemic for me to finally do that haha) when I came across our 5th grade year book! I looked through it and saw these pics of when we went on a field trip to Knott’s Berry Farm to “pan for gold” and it made me think of those days. Just thought I’d reach out to you again after all these years. I hope you’re doing well 🙂
