I (24F) have been dating a guy (26M) for about six weeks. Amazing mental connection, have a ridiculous amount in common and have great conversations. Dates are always 5+ hours long, never a dull moment. He didn’t kiss me until the 6th date but since then we have great chemistry and have slept together.
He says he hasn’t connected to anyone like this etc. and has hinted that he has talked to family and friends about me.
It’s still very early days but I messaged him to let him know I wasn’t seeing anyone else and was happy with that. He has kind of freaked out as he’s not ready for that yet, which I’m a bit surprised by to be honest. He keeps messaging me that he wants to see me ASAP and reiterates that really enjoys spending time with me and wants to continue.
I’m super cool with taking as much time as people need to figure things out and explore your connection (he only recently got out of a LTR) but I wouldn’t really feel comfortable sleeping with someone who was sleeping with multiple other people.
I really don’t know how to handle this as I don’t want to lose the connection as I think there’s a lot of potential there. It’s really been the best connection I’ve found.
