Is it a dealbreaker for a lot of women if a 30M lives with his mother?

I'm at about a year of being single after a very long relationship I got into when I was in my early 20s. We were both living with our parents and going to school then but we were a lot younger so it wasn't unusual. I don't have any realistic expectations of trying to date right away because of everything going on but I've gotten the itch to try again once everything is back to normal, whenever that may be.

I live with my mother though. Now I would like to move out and I can afford to but there are a few things that have kept me at home. Years ago I moved out with a roommate but he was such an asshole I didn't want to live with him anymore. The rent was even cheaper but his behavior drove me to move back home. My mom lives at the same place we've been at since I was in high school and we rent. Since after turning 18 and no longer receiving child support she cannot afford to live there on her own. I had to start helping with rent soon after and eventually started paying half of the rent, which I am totally fine with. I believe my mom also has undiagnosed mental health issues. She was severely beaten often as a child and suffers today because of it. She does not keep in contact with any of her family and I'm the only one she has. She talks to herself loudly throughout the day and has had trouble holding down jobs over the years. She was diagnosed with cancer last year and beat it but she was unable to work for a while when going to surgery and treatment. She is currently employed but has been furloughed like many people throughout the country.

I make more money than she does and have a good amount saved up and she lives paycheck to paycheck. I'd like to think of the this more as a roommate situation than I still live at home. I realize that it has been my choice to keep living with her. I could totally afford to move out with a friend or roommate but she would be unable to afford to keep living where we are alone.

I can't take it anymore and I know that I'm going to have to just rip the band-aid off one day and tell her I need to leave and live my life. Now that I've made a bunch of excuses for myself, I'm asking if many women would be willing to date me given my current situation. As things slowly get back to normal I don't imagine jobs and affordable housing will be plentiful. I'm going to move out first chance I get but if I have difficulty doing that will women want to date me in the meantime? I am embarrassed to be at this age and still have to bring women home to my mom's house. I want to get back out there but moving out doesn't seem realistic with the state the world is in right now.
