A few weeks ago, my aunt (she's older, about 54-ish or so) was describing her latest escapades with dating apps, and made the comment "I could never date a Latin man." When I asked why, she said based on the stories she's heard over the years from her friends in relationships with them, it seems they have a wandering eye and she'd never be able to deal with that.
I'd never heard of such a stereotype until then. So I want to know if others have too? Or could it just be a cultural thing? Like I have a lot of Argentinian co-workers and they are genuinely friendly, like it's in their culture to be that way, and I could see how some American women might not like that sort of friendliness if they were dating them, but they don't mean it that way?
