I've [M 24] been having trouble telling my best friend [F 22] that I like her. I've been planning on telling her the past month that I have feelings for her and want to put a label on us. When we are around each other it feels like we are dating anyway, but we both have no expressed to each other how we feel about dating each other.
I've been trying to setup this date with her where I would tell her my feelings,but we both have confliciting schedules and it hasn't happened because of this.
Should I just tell her how I feel next time i see her or should I wait for the moment whereI feel it is right?
Edit: I meant to say is it ever a wrong time to tell someone.
