I (M22) don't slide into girls DMs too often but when I was scrolling today I saw a girl in my suggestions that I thought was cute. The problem is that we don't have any mutual followers but it does look like we live near each other. So if I were to follow her, would that be weird or does everyone do that. Do I wait to see if she follows back? Like what're the rules to sliding into someone DMs on Instagram?
