Is using a fake name on a dating website profile a serious red flag?

So I matched with this girl some time ago, we talked well, gelled well, can't meet obviously. The problem is, my tinder profile had a different name from my actual name. My main reason was just privacy concerns, and make sure someone couldn't find my details from other SM websites based on what I show on Tinder. That's the sole reason of my different name.

Now when we decided to connect on insta, I told her my real name. She said she's not comfortable continuing now, because I could have faked other details as well, which I understand now. I sent her a request on IG but she declined, she also unmatched instantly before I could explain. She considers me to be totally fake, as per her last few messages, which just made me sad. Honestly, I just used a fake name, everything else I told her was real. I also feel that she's a nice genuine person, and we got along well, atleast on texting. I feel upset because I found her really attractive based on our interactions. I don't have a profile that gets tonnes of matches anyways, so this issue is bothering me a bit more than it should.

I am thinking of messaging her on Insta but I'd like to know the opinion of the people here. Have I done something terribly wrong?
