Left on delivered

Aight heres the deal: At a party I made out with a girl. A few weeks later I texted her how is it going, all that stuff she kept the conversation going the whole time, and we had a good vibe in general. Since this was during quarantine I promised her I'd take her out after it was over, she reacted:?? wich I considered a good sign. After a while I thought I shouldnt get needy and left her alone for a week,thinking I cant always be the one hitting her up, it has to happen the other way around, too. I texted her after a week she read it, responded after a few hours but didnt sound as happy as before. She responded Im fine thanks I asked her how her day went. She left me on delivered for 6 hrs now and Im confused as hell. Please help me, I kinda caught some feelings for her(by the way Im still on her close friends instagram list) Any advices or answers, guys and gals? Im a 17 year old male if that helps
